This is a space where you can independently select books from diverse fields.
Here you will find books on computer science, management, media, philosophy, psychology, religion, social sciences, mathematics, natural sciences, applied sciences, medicine, technology, art, sports, Lithuanian language, literary science, geography, history, and other themes.
At the entrance to the Collections, there is a stand of scientific fields that helps to easily navigate. Each theme is marked with a different colour, and the same colour system is used at the ends of the shelves, which will help you quickly find the desired scientific topic.
The books in the Collections are arranged so that you can easily choose and find what interests you. If you are looking for a specific topic or author, clear labels on the shelves will help you navigate.
In this space, four workstations are installed for visitors, one of which is computerized.
By the way, in this space, you may also view the foundations of the old building.
Vienoje pusėje šalia jų rasite psichologinę literatūrą. Atsižvelgdama į pandemijos metu išaugusį lankytojų poreikį, biblioteka skyrė pastato pusaukštį dalykinei literatūrai, o didžiausią dėmesį skyrė populiariajai psichologinei literatūrai.
On one side, next to them, you will find psychological literature. Bearing in mind the increased demand from visitors during the pandemic, the library allocated a half-floor of the building for subject literature, giving the utmost priority to popular psychological literature.
