The department aims to initiate and implement the Library’s cultural and publishing projects, to develop internal and external communication, to organize the preparation and dissemination of information about the Library’s activities; to promote the development, cooperation and project activities of municipal public and school libraries of Panevėžys region, increasing the accessibility of culture throughout Lithuania.
