EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries) Public Library Innovation Awards recognise innovative library services that use Information and communications technology (ICT) to improve lives and livelihoods. Our library’s community congratulates Utena A. & M. Miškiniai Public Library for being recognised and honoured with a special prize.

A special recognition

This year Utena A. & M. Miškiniai Public Library was recognised among those libraries, which teach families advanced digital skills together in family training sessions. The library has received a prestigious trophy and prize money for activities organised in Family Digital Activity Centre, equipped with advanced hardware and software. Ever since its opening in 2019, the centre offers free training courses on 3D design and printing, coding, robotics etc.
