Here you will find a variety of information about the Panevėžys region and its famous people. There is a permanent exhibition of recent local history publications. You will find collections of personal libraries of famous local people who donated to the library.
There are individual places to work with personal computers, spaces for group work, two workplaces with self-service scanning equipment.
